OFFER
Due to the nature of the online business, the offer is regularly updated and subject to changes. Prices listed are considered web prices. Web price is the price applicable for purchases made through the website. All prices in the online store are in Euros and include VAT (value-added tax).
For all orders, the current prices apply. We will consider the price valid at the time of payment confirmation.
The listed prices of products are currently valid, but they can be changed without prior notice.
PAYMENT METHODS
The provider allows card payments through the SumUp system.
The provider issues an invoice to the buyer with itemized costs.
The sales contract (order) is stored electronically on the provider's server and is accessible to the buyer upon request.
PRICES
Web prices apply to all users of the SonicTribe d.o.o. online store.
All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order. Prices apply when using the above-mentioned payment methods under the above-mentioned conditions.
The price of the products also includes delivery or postage costs.
The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives an electronic message regarding the order status and confirmation, including a proforma invoice). From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS OF GOODS
The consumer has the right to notify the company within 8 days of receiving the goods that they wish to withdraw from the contract or order without providing specific reasons. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 15 days from the date of the withdrawal notification.
The received goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and in the received quantity, unless the goods are damaged, defective, lost, or the quantity has changed without the consumer's fault.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification. The shipping costs of the returned goods are borne by the buyer. The provider will refund the full purchase price reduced by handling costs (shipping and bank transaction). Refunds are made to the buyer's bank account.
Returning the received goods to the company within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.
RETURNED ARTICLES
Returned articles are those returned to the provider and have deficiencies (e.g., damaged packaging or non-functionality). The deficiency or condition of the article is stated alongside each item and on the invoice.
Items recognized as 'Returned articles' can be returned or exchanged for the same or another item of equal value.
DELIVERY
The provider will deliver the goods or services within the agreed-upon timeframe.
The contractual partner for shipments is Pošta Slovenije d.d. We do not ship goods on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
All necessary information and contacts for any complaints or inquiries regarding warranties after concluding the contract are provided.
SECURITY
The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational measures to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments. Shopping and paying through the online store are secure.

2. USE, SCOPE, AND PURPOSE OF STORAGE AND PROCESSING
We store and process personal data for the purpose of maintaining contact with customers, providing market information via email, promoting sales, profiling customers for tailored content and products in email and on websites.
Regarding sent emails, we record displays of individual messages and clicks on links in received messages. To improve and target offers and further messages, the recorded data is automatically processed, analyzed, profiled, and assessed based on the interest of our customers in the sent messages. We do not make automated decisions based on the recorded data and profiles.
For the purpose of email notification, we collect:

If we wish to continue processing personal data for a purpose other than the one for which the personal data was collected, we will ensure the individual's free decision about their consent and inform them satisfactorily.
Revoking the consent by the individual does not affect the lawfulness and legitimacy of the processing carried out based on the consent before the revocation.
We will never consider silence from the individual as consent to the proposed selection. We will always ensure that the individual's will is expressed precisely and freely – only in this way will we use the collected data for the collections we process. In unclear situations, we will interpret the individual's consent restrictively.
In the event of any breach or ambiguity, these rules take precedence over any other publications, whether in printed, electronic, or any other form.

PRIZE GAME RULES
The organizer of the prize game is SonicTribe d.o.o., Podmilščakova 16, Ljubljana. The participant in the prize game is a natural person who participates in the announced prize games.
Winners of prizes are determined by a random computer selection function or by the organizer's commission.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE GAME
Participants in the prize game can be natural persons who are citizens of the Republic of Slovenia. Employees of the organizer of the prize game and employees of other legal entities associated with the organization of this prize game cannot participate in the prize game. Legal entities cannot participate in the prize game. Persons who do not accept the prize game rules cannot participate in the prize game. By participating in the announced prize game, it is considered that the participant has accepted the prize game rules.
RULES FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE PRIZE GAME
No purchase of products from the organizer of the prize game is necessary to participate in the prize game.
PRIZE DRAW
All participants in the prize game can participate in the draw. One participant can participate in the prize draw only once. The result of the draw is final. No complaints are possible. The winner will be notified of receiving and collecting the prize by email.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE WINNER
The prize cannot be paid out in cash, nor can it be exchanged for another item.
The winner is obliged to provide their personal data to the organizer of the prize game in writing (email) - name, surname, address, email, and telephone number, no later than two days after receiving the notification of winning the prize.
If, for any reason (e.g., the winner declares that they do not want to accept the prize, the address or email is incomplete or incorrect, etc.), the organizer does not receive all the necessary data and a statement that the winner wants to receive the prize within three (3) working days from the moment the winner sends a notification that they were drawn, the organizer will consider that the winner does not want to accept the prize, and the organizer will be free from all obligations in relation to the winner regarding this prize game and will have the right to dispose of the prize for any other purpose.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The organizer of the prize game protects all personal data obtained from participants during the conduct of the prize game in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. The organizer may use personal data obtained in this way exclusively for the purposes for which they were obtained. The participant in the prize game agrees that the organizer may send them notifications regarding the organizer's offer. The participant or their guardian or legal representative can revoke their consent for the use of personal data obtained in the prize game for direct marketing purposes at any time. The organizer of the prize game reserves the right to organize the award of prizes as a public event. By participating in the prize game, the participant allows the use of their name and address in audio, photo, and video material of the prize game organizer. The winner allows the organizer of the prize game to publish their personal data in the media and on the Internet for the purpose of informing about the results of the draw or prize collection.
PUBLICATION OF PRIZE GAME RULES
Participants in the prize game, by submitting their data through the entry form on this site, agree that they are familiar with the rules and undertake to act in accordance with the prize game rules. In case of any disputes or ambiguities, these rules are considered primary in relation to any other publications, whether in printed, electronic, or any other form.
COMMUNICATION
The provider will contact the user using remote communication means only if the user does not expressly object to it.
Promotional emails will include the following elements:
- Clearly and unambiguously marked as promotional messages
- The sender will be clearly visible
- Different actions, promotions, and other marketing techniques will be clearly marked as such, and conditions of participation will be clearly defined
- The method of unsubscribing from receiving promotional messages will be clearly presented

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The provider complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes efforts to fulfill its obligation and establish an effective complaint handling system.
